While the Gabriel Method is not a diet, in terms of restriction, what we try to do with the Gabriel Method is to make sure that your body is nourished enough to function optimally, which in turn allows your body to release the weight. This includes adding in the Big 3s (protein, Omega-3s & Live Foods) to every meal. The Gabriel Method focus is on adding versus restriction. Over time while introducing nourishing LIVE foods, your cravings for simple carbohydrates and processed foods will decrease gradually. So while Jon could eat them if he liked, he no longer wants to and his focus is to make sure his body is free of inflammation to protect against disease, illness and other chronic conditions (like diabetes) and weight gain. Now that Jon nourishes his body optimally, he no longer even wants those foods.


However, that being said, The Gabriel Method is a holistic approach to weight loss and involves a lot more than just food. Remember to listen to the visualizations regularly, and slowly add more and more positives into your diet and eventually, you will crowd out the things that are best to avoid naturally.
