Though we don’t restrict any position while doing the visualization, we do have some recommendations. It’s best for you to sit with your back straight (preferably not touching anything but it’s okay if you choose to lean back), feet on the ground, keep your neck straight, let your tongue touch the roof of your mouth with eyes closed and breathing through your nose. However, if this position is not comfortable for you, any comfortable position will work, including lying in bed.
