It is good to remember that The Gabriel Method helps guide you to heal from the inside out. So while you may not be seeing external changes, your body is undergoing deep internal changes that must happen first for sustainable weight loss. Since this is not a diet there is also no failure. Keep focusing on adding in new habits, foods and healing practices slowly. We want a lifetime change for you, not a quick fix.
