If you enjoy more savory foods versus sweets for breakfasts there is still a lot you can do. Experiment with vegetable smoothies or vegetable stirfries with a nice protein source. Most cultures around the world eat what we would consider dinner for breakfast. And they are spot on! If you are not sure what to have, make a larger batch for dinner and you can have it for breakfast! Bone broths are also a fantastic way to start your day.
I just don't know what to eat, especially for breakfast. I am not a big sweet-eater, and should be careful with fats. Are there any other options available? Print
