Fruits and vegetables with a higher GI level, they are fine in rotation but not necessarily recommended for every day consumption. But it is better to focus on ADDing in great foods versus restriction. There is no restriction within The Gabriel method. Variety is the bigger piece to make sure you are getting a full spectrum of nutrients.
