We do not recommend the use of sunflower oil for any cooking whatsoever. Avocado or walnut oil may work as a subsitute and almond flour or plaintain/banana flour can subsitute coconut flour. Remember that if you choose to make baked goods that they should be as a treat few and far between as heat destroys maybe of the positive qualities of natural ingredients.
