In general we don’t recommend that people listen to visualizations about losing weight while pregnant. While it is important to eat nourishing foods during pregnancy, it’s the body’s natural tendency to gain the weight the body needs for the baby and listening to visualizations to lose weight can go against the body’s necessities. We recommend you speak with your physician before changing your habits during your pregnancy.
