There are 100's of dietary theories all promoting different ideas. Since nutrition is a relatively new science there are studies backing many contradictory ideas. Natural fructose in whole fruit is okay in moderation and eaten as fruit (not juiced). The fiber helps your body slow the absorption of the fructose.
