If you have sleep apnea Jon highly recommends using a CPAP machine when sleeping. Having sleep apnea makes it extremely difficult to lose weight as the tiredness that results has tremendous physiological affects on your body's ability to maintain hormone levels, insulin resistance being one of these side effects. When you are tired you are also more likely to crave unhealthy fats and sugars.
