While we recommend you try to avoid coffee during a cleanse, it is not obligatory to avoid any foods during a cleanse. We recommend everyone listen to their bodies to see what it is asking for. Some people who are avid coffee drinkers didn't even have coffee cravings in the morning! The best thing to do is listen to what your body is asking of you. Since you won't be having solid foods, the caffeine may hit your system stronger so keep this in consideration but it definitely doesn't mean you shouldn't attempt a cleanse.
