During a detox, your body is not getting enough fuel (calories) to be doing extraneous workouts. While doing a cleanse, your body will not be focusing on building muscle rather it will be focusing on healing your digestive system. The veggie juices do contain some protein, but usually not enough to continue training. It’s not recommended to train and detox at the same time.
