5 days is great to reset the body and then once you are done with the juicing part we recommend following The Gabriel Method so that you can continue your journey towards sustainable weight loss. It is true that many people have lost weight doing juice cleanses for longer periods of time. However, there is not a lot of protein intake by juicing alone and we are looking for sustainable weight loss which includes The Big 3 (Protein, Omega-3s, and Live foods).
