You won’t need to have everything, as the first week is just a gentle pre-cleanse, which is basically removing as many inflammatory foods from your diet as possible to prepare your digestive system for the actual detox. So week one is lots of salads, good sources of protein, healthy fats and plenty of fluids. The ingredients list is for week 2 of the actual detox. The more you have prepared in advance for the detox stage the easier you will find it. However, don’t worry if you cannot get everything beforehand, just try to have what you need for the first few days at least.
