Juices are great when you can make them and drink them fresh but if you need to make them ahead of time it is recommended that you put them in a glass jar (filled all the way to the top to decrease the amount of oxygen in the container) and they can stay in the fridge for a couple of days. If you are choosing to freeze, freeze the juice immediately after making it and thaw in the fridge before drinking. You may also want to scout your area to find juice bars to give you another option of getting fresh made green juices during the cleanse.
